Patient Care and Communication:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and service throughout their visit to the clinic.
  • Address patient queries regarding treatments, procedures, and services offered at Eye Mantra.
  • Educate patients about eye care services, treatment options, and aftercare instructions.
  • Assist in appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and reminders to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for patients, addressing any concerns promptly.

Sales and Service Promotion:

  • Actively promote and sell eye care services such as consultations, surgeries, and corrective lens solutions (glasses, contact lenses, etc.).
  • Suggest and cross-sell relevant products and services to patients based on their needs (e.g., eye tests, vision correction, and other treatments).
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by promoting products and services in a consultative manner.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of the products and services offered to effectively communicate benefits and value to patients.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, ensuring they receive top-quality care and service.
  • Maintain regular communication with patients to ensure follow-ups and retention.
  • Keep accurate records of patient interactions, sales transactions, and service requests.

Coordination with Medical Staff:

  • Work closely with doctors, optometrists, and other healthcare professionals to provide seamless care for patients.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation and records are completed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all patient concerns are communicated effectively to the relevant medical staff and addressed.

Administrative and Reporting Duties:

  • Update patient records in the system accurately, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to legal requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, tracking performance against targets and KPIs.
  • Assist in maintaining stock levels of patient care products (glasses, contact lenses) and ensure they are properly displayed and marketed.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Healthcare, Sales, or Business Administration).
  • Certifications or training in sales, customer care, or healthcare would be a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a sales or patient care role, preferably in healthcare, hospitals, or optical clinics.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets or experience in a customer-facing sales role.
  • Experience in handling patient inquiries, providing information, and converting leads into sales.

Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to handle patient concerns and complaints professionally.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and basic computer skills.
  • Previous experience in optical sales, healthcare sales, or medical sales.
  • Familiarity with eye care products (glasses, contact lenses) and treatments is an advantage.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages (especially Hindi or English) is a plus.
