Squint Eye Doctor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a full-time Squint (Strabismus) Specialist to join our expert team at Eye Mantra. This position is focused entirely on diagnosing, treating, and performing surgeries for squint disorders (strabismus). The ideal candidate will be dedicated to helping patients restore proper eye alignment and enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and manage squint (strabismus) conditions in both adults and children.
• Perform corrective surgeries and other interventions for strabismus, including both functional and cosmetic procedures.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients with squint, including visual acuity testing and eye movement evaluations.
• Collaborate with ophthalmic and pediatric specialists to provide multidisciplinary care.
• Offer pre-operative counseling and post-operative care to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in squint diagnosis and treatments.

Requirements:

• Education: MBBS, MS (Ophthalmology), with additional specialization or fellowship in Squint (Strabismus).
• Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in diagnosing and treating squint.
• Skills: Proficient in performing squint correction surgeries.
• Other Requirements: Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient care and educating families.
