Ophtalmologist / Eye Doctor

Job Summary:

Eye Mantra is looking for a full-time Ophthalmologist to join our team of eye care experts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of eye conditions, performing advanced surgical procedures, and delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough eye examinations to diagnose and manage vision-related disorders.
• Perform cataract, refractive, glaucoma, and other ophthalmic surgeries as needed.
• Diagnose and treat conditions like diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and corneal diseases.
• Prescribe corrective lenses and develop non-surgical treatment plans.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care to patients, ensuring optimal recovery and satisfaction.
• Keep up with the latest advancements in ophthalmic treatments and technologies.
• Work closely with optometrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive eye care.

Requirements:

• Education: MBBS, MS/MD/DNB (Ophthalmology) from a recognized institution.
• Experience: 3-5 years of clinical and surgical experience in ophthalmology.
• Skills: Expertise in performing a wide range of ophthalmic procedures, including cataract surgery (Phacoemulsification), LASIK, and glaucoma management.
• Attributes: Strong diagnostic, surgical, and patient management abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on a patient-centered approach.
