Team Leadership & Management:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives, ensuring they meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, provide coaching, and offer ongoing training to keep sales staff motivated and well-equipped to perform.
  • Monitor individual and team performance and provide constructive feedback to drive improvement.
  • Foster a positive and competitive sales environment while encouraging teamwork and collaboration.

Sales Strategy & Target Achievement:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and market share growth.
  • Set clear sales targets for the team and develop action plans to achieve those targets.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous growth.
  • Ensure the team actively promotes Eye Mantra’s services and products, including consultations, surgeries, and corrective lens solutions, to meet patient needs and sales goals.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and retention.
  • Address customer concerns, questions, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure that patients are properly informed about available treatments, services, and products, providing consultative advice to drive sales.

Sales Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, including progress toward sales goals, performance analysis, and market trends.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and market dynamics to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Implement measures to improve team performance based on sales data analysis.

Collaboration with Other Departments:

  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and patient care teams to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment of sales efforts.
  • Coordinate with other departments to address any operational or service issues that impact sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the customer care team to ensure all patient concerns and follow-ups are handled promptly.

Recruitment & Training:

  • Assist in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new sales team members.
  • Provide continuous training to the team on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and company policies.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certifications in sales management is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales or team leader role, preferably in healthcare, medical services, or related industries.
  • Proven experience in leading a sales team and achieving sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and coach a sales team to success.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate the team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, patients, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies that align with business goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools.
  • Previous experience in healthcare sales, particularly in optical sales, eye care products, or medical services.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages (especially Hindi or English) is an advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of eye care products and treatments.
